The Digestive Health Foundation is dedicated to “transforming digestive disease into digestive health for patients and family at Northwestern Medicine Digestive Health Center.” The organization has raised over $11 million since 2015 and has funded 40 research studies to explore the future of digestive health.
The Digestive Health Foundation’s website features information about the company (including its mission, board, and advisory council) as well as the research projects that it has funded. Additionally, users can find out more information about their annual gala that brings together patients, families, and friends and raises millions of dollars every year for research. Finally, there is more information to donate and contribute to the cause.
On the “Research” tab, users can find all of the past and ongoing research projects that the DHF has funded. The projects are centered around various GI issues and you can see the chief investigators and brief descriptions to learn more.
